What You'll Be Doing

  • Interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects

  • Surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming

  • Applying paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment

  • Protecting floors, furniture, and fixtures during projects

  • Communicating professionally with clients and team members on-site

  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience preferred

  • Familiarity with both interior and exterior applications

  • Knowledge of proper surface prep techniques

Skills & Qualities

  • Attention to detail — you take the time to do it right

  • Dependability — clients and teammates can count on you

  • Strong work ethic — you take pride in what you produce

  • Professionalism on the job site — respectful of clients and property

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

  • Experience with commercial or large-scale projects

  • Spray application skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
